I. Level I Tech Support
1. Extensive computer and Internet experience required
2. UNIX-based systems experience preferred
3. Basic website management skills
4. Experience with outlook and other MS products
II. Level II Tech Support
1. All requirements for level I tech support agent
2. Minimum 2 years UNIX-based OS experience
3. Firmiliaritywith Apache, ProFTPD, Qmail a plus
III. Sales Support
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
2. Energetic and takes initiative on searching for new sales leads
3. Possesses a general understanding of the Internet and the web
